Social Media Community of Practice

The social media Community of Practice (CoP) is open to social media practitioners across NSW government with the purpose of obtaining insights from experts in the field, sharing best practice and experiences and facilitating group discussions and learnings across NSW government. The social media CoP is held every two months and run by DPC.  

As a way to continue networking and sharing learnings and insights in between the social media CoPs, there is also a closed Facebook group for social media practitioners across NSW government.

The page supports NSW government agencies through highlighting relevant content to further extend the reach of messages to the NSW population.  Agencies are encouraged to notify the DPC social team of their planned content to maximise potential for further promotion and reach.
